Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Damaged or Defective Goods:

    • If your shipment arrives with damaged or defective beans, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

    • Evidence of damage (e.g., photographs, videos, or documentation) must be provided to process your claim.

  2. Incorrect Orders:

    • If you receive an incorrect order (e.g., wrong coffee variety or quantity), please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  3. Non-Delivery:

    • If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe and tracking information shows no movement for more than 14 days, please contact us for resolution.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for orders due to a change of mind.

  • Improper Storage or Use: Refunds will not be issued for beans that have been improperly stored, handled, or used after delivery.

Refund Process

  2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim within 5 business days of receiving all necessary information.

  3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following options:

    • Replacement of the product.

    • Full or partial refund to your original payment method.

    • Credit towards a future purchase.

Shipping Costs

  • If a refund or replacement is approved due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective goods), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
